That is how these things go. If you are in a job that is obviously duplicated like finance, purchasing, etc., be prepared to be made redundant. If you are technical, you may have longer. Don’t be placated with the same BS that they tell the customers like nothing will change. Everything will change.
It is really a shame to see a fine and successful company like RH get scooped up like this. One less choice in the market for products and career growth.
