The OP must be a management lackey tasked by the management to share these type of posts. Trust me ITC has lot of these type of managers whose sole talent is to s--- up to senior management to survive. Anyways there are lot more than 14 people who is being impacted.The cuts run deep

These are strictly performance related. We have successfully found arrangements for others that are impacted. If you choose not to take you reassignment role then it will be considered resignation and no severance will be issued.
