We are a group of 10 at GIS. 6 in ITC, 4 in Islandia. 8 to be relieved. 2 in Islandia retained for transition.

I laugh every time someone is optimistic about Islandia. Yeah, let’s work at a place where there’s constant threats and layoffs in a dying location like Islandia.
@VPebDzT-nbp, if you do the math OP basically said that 0% of his group in GIS will have a permanent role with Broadcom. 50% will be gone day one, and the other 50% by next summer. Sounds pretty gloomy to me if you extrapolate that further to other backoffice groups in Islandia.
Ummm....it’s 50 percent gone Day 1 and the rest gone in June. This is probably better than average...
It’s not trolling about Islandia, Islandia is mostly centralized back office functions and Broadcom likes to run them at 1 percent of the company. Very very few GIS, HR, Finance, Support, sales or Operations will be there in 9 months. Less than 25 percent....
So much for the Islandia doom and gloom! Where are those trolls now?
Did you not read the post? 100% of ITC and 50% of Islandia gone day 1.
Happy to hear ITC will have rentention. Good news they are not terming everyone here.
