Exactly, the people with talent and in demand skills, the people ssnc wants to actually keep leave for less toxic companies. Leaving the "hangers" who don't really give a sh-t one way or the other. This the 'dead sea' effect in action folks!
Only conf room booked in centennial is for new associate training. So dont think anything is going on here major in KC. They lost about 90 people at least due to people leaving on their own. Only people this go around here are the ones that were told they would be done by such date.
