Looks like the higher-ups feel it is working as intended and we just need to dial. I wonder if they’ll tell us the results of the smiley face survey they sent out. I know for a fact the everyone that took it ripped apart the new system. Yet nothing has changed, noting has been communicated about change, and nothing will change. They got sold fool’s gold with this system and now we’re all paying the price.

The only real issue I have with star and the team is they don’t know how to use their own program. They need a specialist that we can clarify things with. Every time we ask someone how to change something or what something means, we ALWAYS get an “I don’t know” answer. It’s ridiculous that they don’t know, so we’ve just stopped caring and leave the issues as they are.
Garbage. This new CRM is garbage.? Not because the technology is not there but because they have id--ts running the show who have no clue what a developmental cycle looks like. This is what happens when friends tell friends they are doing a great job when they have no clue what they are doing. Friends don’t let friends drive drunk but friends don’t let friends drive a multi million dollar company into the ground, when a lot of hopeful people are counting and working hard on it.

Actually, a lot of us like it WAY better than the c-ap we had before. At least this pulls most of what we need into one place. It's far from perfect but, I think it is a welcome change.
