I am hearing the other offices are planning to walkout Friday, demanding pay raises and not silly slogans.

A reason for the buyout was to get better CBI people, that's why so many have been kept over MDR people. MDR has a bad reputation and can't hire. Some CBI people got a bonus to stay on, now leaving when the bonus money dried up.
What, we have suddenly standards? We're moving jobs to f---ing India and we're raising our standards here? Are these same standards being applied in India? What if it's not an actual tattoo, what if it's just a dot on my forehead? Job hunters run in the other direction from this company unless there's a retention bonus, but we're getting picky.
