Instead of updating it as ITC Support you better say as CA Support, think about every one, dont be greedy..

for me it is a sinking ship now even though you want to be on onboard/sail.. lol

Shut the f--- up, you sick b--tards. Always playing Geo's.

We all have families and are we are part of the same organisation.

Instead of saying ITC/NA/EMEA s---, be respectful to each of them.

And if you are THE man, reveal your name.

A few ITC engineers are really stellar. Others are really good. Then there are a lot of pieces of c-ap. This is the same as the US.

It’s EMEA, that’s useless. With their sense of entitlement, lack of effort, passive aggressive attitudes... they throw everything to an SME in the US.

Does anyone in ITC perform well? Between all the holidays, hour long coffee breaks scattered throughout the day and lazyness. If ITC performance was compared to the worst US based engineer, ITC would be term day 1. I once witnessed customer abuse. Two ITC engineers asked for logging and various complex debugging as a stall tactic to an issue they can reproduce in house. Simply because they needed more time to fix the issue. A potential “fix” eventually was given to the customer which had so many bugs. Customer was irate eventually asked for a US based engineer. Customer didn’t renew. I’m not surprised.

Lol. No.

I'm a US support person. We have not been hiring support people in NA for a year or two but we recently hired several in ITC. You do the math....

I think ITC is mostly safe. If you get laid off from ITC you probably just haven't been here long or don't perform well.
