Thread regarding CDK Global Inc. layoffs

Too Big to Fail?

CDK Is starting to sound a lot like Sears.

There's now a corporate culture where the upper management is truly detached from the customer base AND employee base; thinking that the customers and employees are simply 'wrong.'

What will it take to turn the company around? Only a massive change in upper level management. Most of the employees left want to do the right thing, but their hands are tied by upper level management.

Have to understand this leadership cares nothing about the company, clients, and especially employees. They have one job here and that is to get the highest price from the sale of the company. They are using the buyout sales book play by play. Once you realize this, then you can understand their moves. Its just a matter of time. Will get a bit worse here people before its over. And remember the buyers of the company may be no better....

I hope dealers, manufacturers and investors read these posts and realize the people that are left are trying to do the right thing for the customer but MacD has destroyed CDK. Annual meeting in a few weeks. Vote against MacD and ELT!

Nothing will change until the top dog is gone... Everyone else just follows him around sniffing his butt oblivious to the sinking ship they are on.
