They tried and failed at the backroom teams at supercenters but I hope they bring it back. It's so stupid to have claims, claims supervisor, dsd, and reclamations associates. They should be one team, one job code.
Yes at Sam's they eliminated the entire back room which includes claims and receiving, with eligabilty to apply for the new position backroom team where everyone works together. There is some criteria to be met. Severance was offered.
