I'm not sure whether to be relieved or even more concerned by the atmosphere at work and even the time of this site? Are we experiencing the calm before the storm or could it be that the worst changes have already happened and this is our new norm? It would be nice if leaders could look us in the eyes and give us some assurance but barring that it is my hope that we can start coming to our jobs not worrying if it is the big day......

Thanks d--k. What would the freaking world do without you.
My hunch is that they've cleaned out the top earners in admin and FT faculty roles. I'd look next to physical relocation of certain schools to lower rent districts. They'll be losing Interior Design for sure as no one is left to upkeep CIDA accreditation. And keep an ear to Admissions, as program offerings will likely get cut next, hand in hand with new 'certificate' style programs being newly offered as they transition the education model. But don't think that Animation or Game Art will be cut, those are cash cows i.e. incoming bodies that last 3 quarters and fail out...
Sorry, the tone not time. Typo.
