People don’t leave a good company, they quit their management. They need to take a deep look into themselves and see why people are walking away. Devon use to be a great place to work, they have a lot of wrong people in management and have allowed the culture here to turn toxic.
The leadership of Devon is ridiculous with no vision. The dregs will gladly stay on because they do not want to perform, the quality employees who are seeking a growth company are jumping ship. Nice work Hager
