So I see three designers were let go and I also know of three engineers that were let go and they weren't fired, it was definitely layoffs because they all got packages. I think this is the way it's going to go for a while, death by a thousand cuts. A few here, a few there, hiring engineers in Warsaw etc. Fortunately, I just got a great offer from another media company so I am out right after bonus. I loved working here and am sad to go but it doesn't feel stable now. I wish everyone the best of luck and hopefully Viacom will bounce back

You need to be an active employee through 9/30
But if you exit before disbursement day i wouldnt count on getting your $$
I dont see viacom paying money to an "ex" employee
i was let go in august...do i get a bonus?
I believe that's correct but I had already told them it would be a month before I could start and I just accepted today, so I have the time to wait it out.
I believe you only have to have worked at the company until the end of September in order to get your bonus. You don't have to wait to leave until November.
