Saw in many posts, people talking about severance and RSUs. To the best of my knowledge unvested RSUs are not part of the severance. I believe only VP and above gets unvested stock as part of their package. Can someone confirm?

what does this next 2 years clause mean? you will get only unvested shares of next two years? or you will get all your unvested shares whenever you fired in next two years?? please clarify.
What lawsuit ?
Read your grant documentation. They vest immediately upon termination. The lawsuit that's been filed states that they should best upon close either way based on some obscure document sometime from legal brought up.
gDL post from August 30th says unvested equity will accelerate for the next two years if someone is let go after November 5th.
