Responsibility to know your employee rights

Anytime an offer is made, the offer should be requested in writing, in full, before agreeing. How would you know the terms to agree to? I'm seeing a lot of ADPers getting screwed because they will not take responsibility to demand "in writing" agreements before accepting whether retirement or transitions to stay within ADP. No updated offer letters, no elimination of position or internal transfer documentation. Word of mouth persuasion has/is tricking many. Again it is the employees' responsibility to know and exercise their employee rights. Many dont believe they have ANY and must take the words of known unethical leadership all the time.

Unfortunate. But no one can be trusted when everyone is looking to protect their role however they can, even lying through their smiles and nods. Dont be afraid to pose the tough questions. Your livelihood, quality of life depends on it. Don't give blind trust to them. It will cost you.

Found this on the ADP board on this site, as a reply on another thread, @VFUC0Ci-4sqw . The original thread talks about health insurance, but the poster of this reply is talking about any offerings from the company ( retirement, transfers etc). I got to say the OP could be more right. Nobody is going to help us, and we have to take control of exercising our own rights
