The San Antonio office is going to look like your living room on Christmas morning; people are going to be accepting packages left and right with great big smiles on their faces.

Double D.
It was the VP who left two weeks ago who made the decision. 32 leaving, 13 staying.
Whose genius idea was this to shut down the San Antonio office? It was obvious that we were not using all of the office space but we were stuck in a contract. With all of the time that DD was looking at the locations of trucks, he couldn’t spend a little time looking for a smaller office in the area? Who ever made this decision has no idea the severity of an impact this will have not only on the area but on the whole company. Everyone has been told that “So goes South Texas, so goes the Company”. Take note everyone this is just the appetizer for what is yet to come. I hope FP is happy that 40% plus of the San Antonio office will be leaving the company due to that call. OKC can now pick up some of the extra duties that were being done here. Do more with less.
It is not a great company with great benefits. Healthcare is a joke. Pay isn’t any good. Poor management. Don’t blame any of them for leaving.
I was shocked to hear the amount of people that excepted the severance package today in STX. This is a great company with good benefits. What is going on in STX for this many people to be unhappy and want to leave?
Management loves yes men!!!
Bye Felicia, Adios! JUst kidding, I am just mad I was not offered the same deal. It is a sinking ship, the field level Mgmt is really taking this once elite team and running it into the ground. All that will be left is Yes men (Yes Sir DD Yes Sir) and folks like myself with not much experience who or are seeking an out.
