Sea Lion is only a farce because none of the fat yanks can get off their golf cart to do the work and all the top dogs at DQE are needed to make sure it's done right.
Get ready for yet another abysmal earnings report on Friday. Supposing that Blake gets the full Sea Lion project, who is left to do the work ? Certainly not enough qualified employees from DQE !!
