I saw moving boxes being readied to go to the Tyler offices. Word is they are the next to go, well most of them. Some are still guaranteed a position until some of the claims are settled along with the legal battle or the reficar lawsuit.

Well I didnt win the lottery so im stuck doing it one mcdermott way.
Does anybody really “work” there?
Do you work there?
Love reading these interesting discussions about Tyler. I really don’t know what Tyler does but y’all sure spend a bunch of time trolling this board. Reminds me of that school yard bully that keeps getting beat up cause he doesn’t realize how small he is.
I hear the boxes that are coming to Tyler. Will be for the few good Engineers Houston has, since the Houston office was closing.
Houston hates Tyler because Tyler can execute a job and has bailed Houston out many times. Houston track record speaks for itself. Tyler was there when CB&I bought Lummus (bankrupt) and management let Houston bankrupt CB&I.
Just read the comments and you will see where the problems. Someone writing something like this, how professional:
The problem with Tyler is that it doesn’t fit in any business model. Who wants to hire a company that has consistently busted budgets and schedules. I hear Tyler charges over $100 for the ‘admin discipline’ and the loud mouth engineering manager there isn’t even a manger - overpaid with a clueless entitlement attitude. If I were in Tyler, I’d shut up and try not to make myself a pink slip target. Unfortunately times up and in a few months your going to wonder why your unemployable while you use your food stamps at the Tyler Walmart buying c-gare--es made in India. S---s to be you but from diareagha out of your mouth, it’s hard to feel bad for you.

Tyler s---s.
Tyler does not fit into the Houston business model.
Tyler hires Americans, Houston hires foreigners.
Tyler works by discipline, Houston works by task force.
Tyler management is with their people, Houston management is on a pedestal separate from their people..
Tyler Project Management managed the project and customers, Houston Project Management Management drove schedule only.
Tyler could schedule a project, Houston is clueless what it takes.
Tyler can design, engineer and execute a project. Houston can't.
Tyler engineers engineered the project, Houston purchasing and vendors engineer the project.
Tyler cares about their project, Houston careless about their project.
Tyler gives, Houston takes.
Tyler admits to their mistakes, Houston sweeps their mistakes under the rug hoping they will not get caught.
Tyler wants to learn, Houston knows it all (see other comments on here).
The bottom line is Houston is a loser and it will catch up with you. Tyler does not fit into your mold.
Only when there's a glory holes.
Feeling anonymous?
Do Tyler a favor, no one wants to work for crooks. CB&I Houston does not have a clue what they are doing. Ran by clueless management and purchasing.
Not surprised. Not a single business minded person in Tyler mngt for years. The guys in building A work on there newletter all day. Shame on you.
