I'm just wondering how many people are considering taking the early retirement option?
For me personally this is not an easy decision, and I know there'll be a lot of thinking done from now until the deadline.
It's a decent package, I can't complain on that, but there are so many things to consider...

@xcx - same here, I decided to roll the dice and did not accept it
There is no severance with voluntary early retirement which makes the choice a simple no for me. I don't see the incentive for people who are already eligible for early retirement??? I have checked into it and is not true that Verp comes with the severance that will be for involuntary layoffs only.
