And you thought Halloween was scary. No... scary, is being unemployed, worrying about what the future holds, how ur gonna take care of yourself and ur family... THAT'S SCARY! I left earlier this year, after 20+ years & found out that employers are looking for workers with many of the work ethics I learned at Sears. Honesty, hardworking, reliable, sticktoitiveness (we learned that one good, didn't we?) So get ur resume ready include in it even things that Sears no longer appreciated, cuz others employers do! Good luck to all!

@VHlqDau-drl Because it makes you sound like an uneducated f---.
Spelling isn't only taught in college. I think around 2nd grade you start learning to spell. Around the time you learn to roll onto your sister.
Jfu and xik, you are just a--holes. Who gives one sh-- about grammar. Here is someone urging the soon to be jobless to take care of themselves, and all you are about is spelling? You are the ones who can die in the gutter that is Sears.
Not everyone has a college degree. Those qualities don't matter on the front lines. Street smarts, integrity, and hard work do. And that is what Sears has driven out with their constant shutdowns and layoffs. Which just leaves losers like yourselves.
Ladies and gentlemen, and here is the type of "quality" worker Sears has to offer. I hope you all stay unemployed and never reproduce for the sake of this country.
And please....spell correctly, check your grammar, and try not to sound like Cletus here.
