Make some big cuts to make it somewhat attractive for sumdumfuk octain to come along like a crazy rich asian and buy it, only to have it broken by the time he gets his new toy home. He should pull out now as the company is already ruined. I wonder what broadcom board will think when the 1st qtr results of new acquisition come out.

CA is in horrible shape because the management team are experts at one thing above all else: creating uncertainty. Nothing is a bigger productivity killer. Most of them have just gone silent and the ones who are speaking can't really be trusted. Everything is tanking because everyone assumes they will be gone soon.
It should be made a Marvel comic series - BikeBoy and Octain, Evil vs. Evil.
CA is in horrible shape right now. It’s as if CA is deliberately trying to spite octane. Was he a tough negotiator? Now CA wants to screw him? No way worth anywhere close to 19b. Maybe 11 or 12b. What a complete waste of money. No way octane doesn’t profit. Changes coming that will shock everyone.
