If it is that slow and no work .....why are there people working 14 days in a row , 14 hours a day? The manager that approves that needs to go too!

Agreed to consolidation, all the PMs do is get information from the Leads for their reporting, ONE DAY before it is due, they are non-value added 'gophers' as it were....
Also all these Lead Engineers and Project Managers, let's consolidate them all.
Inept management, this ain't good for stockholders. Still, there is a lot of gutting to do in IT, and other non-product support groups, such as Marketing, SAP Support, Image Management, and so on and so forth. Why are there so many job titles with 'Directors', how many of these people do you need? Again, it comes from the top...
Finally. We’ve had night shift paint line liquidated to other shifts, people are doubling up on machines, we have whole departments build one part because there’s so little work. I’ve never seen so much standing around before in my life.

Seems like an opportune time, saves on year-end vacation pay and 2018 bonus pay-out in 2019, and more money for the executives to burn, or add to their car allowance...
