Cabelas name has been trash for awhile with all of the “sale” media along with the decline in quality - good riddance

Yeah, I heard terms like "grow both brands together", and "moving forward together". What a way to turn off more than half of your customers...

True...but it also drives away a large number of loyal Cabela's customers. It's already happening. I'm guessing that sales are down BIG TIME...even more that the rest of the slumping retail industry. Dumb idea after you bought 5.5 billion dollars of debt.
Agreed. This is in Arkansas and closer to the home office. So I expect BP to make immediate changes in areas of the country where the BP brand is better known such as the SE. But I'm betting that in 2-3 years, the Cabela's name will be gone for good.
