Switch as quickly as possible and dont trust offers from Pune location as techies from south are seen as disposable regardless of skill and talent as local keep shadowing the outsider from day one and the contribution and achievements of outsider are no generally acknowledge (or given highly muted and downplayed feedback ) in appraisals.
