Yep. That’s what happens when you take away a full time career position with benefits that you worked through a bachelors, professional experience and a masters to get into with a part time job at 1/4 pay (if they let you teach the maximum 10 classes annually) and no benefits.
Not sure what faculty have to b--ch about. DCEH and DCF are such benevolent organizations they should be happy to even be here, D--k.
