Anyone have any information on when this beast(liability) is going to be sold.

CoreTech will be outsourced likely in 4Q and then right-sized by the buyer in 2019.
Digital is separate from Core Tech and Risk sale I believe. Digital is rubbish. Coretech is worth the profit in running GE IT outsourced if you can run it leaner. Risk is just sales icing to get someone to agree to take on Coretech obligations.
If Larry acts like old place there is no corporate anything anymore. We are all dinosaurs. This guy will fail too though. Power is a boat anchor. Will stop ship.
What are they selling? what is the asset? who is the buyer? "We're gonna sell Digital" is great a slogan, but that doesn't mean it's an executable tactic.

Should be announced by the end of the year. Pink Slips should be given out and people told to exit by the end of March.
