Broadcom will probably sweep this under the rug (a workaround)

Dear CA colleagues. I am sure Broadcom and CA will just sweep all the layoffs / and our work under the rug. So I thought it important to try to account for their actions somehow. In some countries in Europe, they are not allowed to fire more than X people at the same time without approval (Similar to WARN in USA) and having answers directly from affected people might give us the power to hold them accountable. So please answer only once and only do it after you know your fate.

If there is a brave soul willing to put the link on yammer, then we might have clearer answers.

I will put give an update on the results regularly on this post.

What are you even going to achieve with these answers? This is the stupidest thing I've seen on here, and there's a lot of stupid on here

@VDQ39Pr-avp And you plan to do that with an anonymous survey on an anonymous rumors message board that anyone can falsely answer? My advice: go find something better to do with your weekend.

I know i will probably lose my job and i accepted a long time ago. Plus, i wouldnt want to work for them. But i will do my best to expose them (especially in EU where mass layoffs have procedures that must be followed). US also has rules but no one in power seems to care over there. So keep the answers coming and jon or no job, i will post aggregate replies..

You really need to wake up and smell the roses. You're getting laid off buddy, accept it and move on. And stop posting these stupid threads.

So far only four responses ..

1 person offered a transition position (UK)

3 people offered a permanent position at Broadcom (USA,UK, India)

I promise to post more results when there are more answers..

In the meantime, I assume that many people dont know their fates. Certainly I dont (which probably is not a good sign)
