Dst people are not all lazy and dumb. The issue is intelligent workers are skipped for promotions, which are awarded to corporate looking men and attractive women with nice legs. Those promoted are not the best at preventing or solving issues. But they look good and that's used as a substitution for management skills.

Paid salary and scared to loose your job. Your the perfect employee for my team. I need to drop a couple of people you sound willing to work 60 hours a week to make up for it. If you dont ill just let you go, stay scared.
