Obviously nothings going to happen but who else did it? The verbal assault and the strongly disagrees were a little satisfying. Hoping it opens someones eyes? /wishful thinking

If they want US to take a survey then do in a way that makes US feel like we aren’t linked to the Survey we can do it on a Network PC in the office !!! Linking an Email to me is for sure a way for them so see and punish who’s doing it ... this way we can give honest feed back without fear of backlash in a one to one basis ...
Haven’t we figured out that the survey is only used to identify how to punish us? Think about it, do you really think they want to know what we don’t like so they can make improvements? Has that ever happened? Look at when all the policies and procedures we really love have been implemented, after a survey, when they know exactly what will make our lives miserable, as pay back for all the complaining we do about how management runs things. Do your self a favor. Skip the survey. Get a union. Be happy. They won’t have to ask how you feel when they know we have the security of a union.
I tore my supervisor a new one in the last survey I took , he deserved every word of it. He ended up getting fired a year later after I left. I hope what I said contributed to it.
Maybe things will change if there is a majority of horrible surveys ? The company is along as good as its employees. Having a huge number of miserable employees through out the company hurts productivity.
