After the AR18 sham, I can't wait to use about 70 flexto days next year. That will balance the scales.
Great AR17 but honestly, I was surprised. I've been taking it easy. As far as I can tell the ratings have little bearing on either my effort or output.

Who cares? Managers manipulate the numbers anyway they want them. The actual score your peers give you is irrelevant.
