Why are posts being deleted here? Any rules or guidelines governing freedom of speech here?

Yeah, use of personally-identifiable information and inappropriate or vulgar language is prohibited and grounds for deletion.

Did you bother to read the terms of service? Using names is a great way to get deleted. To answer your question, yes there are rules and they are available if you scroll to the bottom.

It's a private board, so The First Amendment does not apply. Frankly, given that the site is anon they've got to moderate otherwise it'd be a jungle. I am not saying you were out of line, I am just stating that it has to be a hell of an effort trying to curb torrents of vomit that daily splash all over this social board.

Can you be specific about which post(s) or replies you think were deleted or censored? Is it possible they're no longer being actively discussed and they just scrolled down rather than being deleted?

Put the comment on twitter using the #refinitiv #thelayoff tags, very difficult to stop as many governments have found out ;)
