Likely to go down as the worst acquisition ever in history. Not sure there will be any company left in a few weeks. Last of mgt abandoned ship 2 weeks ago. Bikeboy checked out straight after the announcement. HBR case study in the making. Top line revenue will plummet and pretty much entire pipeline will be lost. Grab some popcorn, fun to watch, except that many people's livelihoods are being played with. Octane like a kid with his father's gun.

"Some good kickoff and 6th floor s-x stories though. And of course corruption. Lots of that."
What a load of BS. Stop making up stories.
@VBjXOlN-ykw I agree 100%. I am out of here either way but damn I would love that severance.

God, get me out of here. All I want is my severance package. I just sold all the stock I could from vested RSUs, ESPP, and in the 401K. It is an absolute crime the way that management has completely abdicated. Any forward progress has halted, and I imagine that the sales pipeline is going to absolutely implode as customers look at it ca and see a nonsensical acquisition, openly talk about chaos, management that has left the building in the most irresponsible way possible.
And Bikeboy portrayed by Quentin Tarantino
"Increasingly irrelevant marginal company continues to fade and eventually dies."
Nobody would read it.
Sell the story to Netflix
I’m actually thinking of writing a book about the rise and fall of CA. Lots of stories to tell.
So true
