AFS is trimming the fat in the next few months due to a really rough FY end on the federal side with the company not meeting it’s plan for the year and FY19 federal contracts looking even worse

The beloved “pipeline” lol. To me it’s just a pie in the sky and half the things in there have no real chance of being won.
Leadership is always stating there are things coming down the mythical "pipeline" but I've yet to see any of those projects appear. I know in the San Antonio office and Mechanigsburg office they have been losing contract extensions. Maybe it's time to switch to a non-contracting gig or join one of the other just as bad or worse competitors
