Why is ADP selling it’s data centers.

ADP will lease the building space back from the new owner instead, it’s cheaper. ADP doesn’t want to be in the real estate business.

DC1 is in the back of the ADP Alpharetta property, so that would be an inconvenient sale unless the buyer bought the whole complex.

DC2 was originally a backup site but has been production for quite sometime.

They probably want data centers in the South. You know, all about cutting costs!

That is quite serious. DC1 holds the company data and DC2 is the backup site that was deliberately put in Sioux Falls, SD which has few natural disaster risks except for tornadoes. That building is tornado proof. The fact that ADP is selling these buildings is a cause for concern.

They are trying to sell DC1 in Alpharetta GA and DC2 in Sioux Falls SD.
