What happened to this post? It would seem that stockholders and the board would be interested in what Aflac has to do with a 25 year old settlement. Especially when it comes to $50 million dollars! Could there be new evidence that has come forward to implicate the amoses and aflac? What could they have possibly to do with this agreement? Wasn't Bill Amos Aflacs Chief Medical Officer at that time? Hmmm, sounds "fishy".

Legal has their hands all over this. Aflac employees sign ALL their rights away when onboarding. So this is a hush-hush matter only to be seen and heard by those who are being feed money from the Duck.
