Those are the only products that they should have R&D investment anyway. Sell off the rest.

I don’t know what’s true or not true - because Broadcom or CA management haven’t told us a god damn thing about their future plans. All I know is they are collecting spreadsheets of employees to determine who to fire and who to transition.
Where the decide to transition services to, I know not. Could be India, could be China, could be Malaysia, could be North Korea. A CFIUS review can help sort that out. Or at a minimum they’ll find out Broadcom is going to gut CA they way they planned to gut Qualcomm, and they can determine if that’s a national security risk. I don’t think it is, but I don’t work for the US government. The

You may be laughing, but this is a very serious threat. (Potential). Imagine if this purchase was just a Trojan horse ???? In my opinion, knowing how embedded CA software is within the US government (including nuclear power plants) this deal should NOT GO THROUGH!!!!
