Hello all! So I'm still currently on a project till around April of next year but MyScheduling has nothing
related to my field (SAP) and I keep hearing about people going on the bench and getting the axe. I've only been in AFS for a year - is it normal for there to be a drought like this?
I am from the Arlington office and can confirm that I’ve seen an decrease in our win rate and projects are getting cancelled or option years ended. Not sure why
I have heard the bench is full and there is not enough work to go around.
