Invisible ink with you name is on it!
The survey is used to create spin material for executives - they will extract what's positive and what can be used as positive and they can spin it to whoever needs to hear a nice tune.
They never act upon employee grievances, so you really have no incentive to give them any feedback - all people I know just click through it without any hope that things may change.
Your objective should be: Finish this as fast as possible and move on
Never tell them how you really feel on a survey. Nothing is anonymous. Give positiv, upbeat answers only.

Waste of money. Low morale is the only thing coming down the hill for this company. Fake attempts to care for employees is overshadowed by layoffs. Hope for an increase in morale and all you'll get is another layoff. Hard to work for leaders that are always selling there employees out.
