all current employees need to make sure they are on the Webex Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 8:00 A.M. Central Time to vote AGAINST the proposed Board nominations and compensation recommendations.
Well...if they are trying to inflate the short term stock price...they aren't doing so well. Happy I sold mine when it was up. I think it'll be a long time before it get's anywhere close to $76 share again. Look at the associate stock purchase plan...oh wait...that's right...there is no associate stock purchase plan. Buying stock in a company is a good way to get employees to feel some ownership in the success of the business. I guess that's not a priority.
Added my 1 star review! Directed purely at management and the environment they have created as they continue to relentlessly destroy what was a great company that cared about their employees....
With that said.... I’d ask the earlier poster how do you feel stuck? It’s a hot job market out there with a ton of opportunities! My advice she’d the fear and do like most of your colleagues and take the time to look around. I can tell you it is way better elsewhere and you will be happier no longer in fear of losing livelihood but contributing to positive growth with a new organization that appreciates you!!!
The negative comments are universally directed at the lousy head honchos as far as I can tell and not the workers. It's sad that people have no choice but to work there but the criticism is more of a warning for prospective employees than an attack on those unfortunate enough to still be there. Any positive reviews at this point are coming from management or cronies with a vested interest in treating the company like a pie to be sliced up I would guess, or delusional people who are too trusting. CDK is piling on debt for stock buybacks, offshoring and downsizing all to inflate the short term stock price.
You don't have to go to Glassdoor if the reviews upset you that much. Just saying....
Do you really hate the people who are still working there that much? It doesn't do anything but making people feel worse about working there. People need to make a living and may not be able to leave... and you're actively trying to make their lives worse. It really s---s if you got impacted by any of the layoffs, but don't you care about any of your former colleagues that don't have any other option but to stay?
I'll add a 1 star review today. I noticed there are more 4-5 star reviews trickling in on GD. Brian and his cronies must be busy writing those one up.
