If I can find a way to get the paperwork/signatures needed to be in an online arena who wants to unionize so that we can’t be strong armed out of our jobs, wages, ethics, and benefits?

Why would any company file bankruptcy for subsidiaries they haven’t owned for over a year? Do you believe what DCEH tells reporters?

It is my understanding that EDMC filed for bankruptcy and had to file for each school. I didn’t see DCEH there. Response to reporters about the bankruptcy is that DCEH has nothing to do with it.

For the energy and time it takes to form a union, you'd be better off using your resources to look for another job.
I think its too late especially when the company is bankrupt.
