MRAS has been for sale for years now. This isn't surprising.
The sum of the parts is greater than the whole. This will continue until all of GE is broken up.
It will help payoff debt but they also lose the revenue...
If a business is more valuable to a third party than to yourself, just sell it. Emotions need to be left aside. That’s the logic. If it doesn’t work and share price doesn’t pick up in the next 12-18 months, we will be entitled to scream.
