Anyone saying the company is failing either isn't looking at the numbers or isn't senior enough to see the numbers. Stick to what you know instead of making sh-- up.
Not “fired”-position eliminated.... lol. Then they slap a new name on the same job so they can recruit new people to fill those “laid off” openings legally— at 1/3 of the salary. If you think about it it is genius! My question is at what point do the masses start to see that this company is a) FAILING, and b) disloyal to a fault. People wake up! You are disposable and will be thrown away when it suits the company. No matter how hard you work, how good your numbers are, whose a-- you kiss. It’s pnly a matter of time. Do yourself a favor and work for a company that you can be proud of, and is respectful back to you for your efforts. Not that hard to find—- if you look.
