Well, here is the next shoe. All billing is heading to India. Account Specialists and all billing functions will be transitioned over to India by 2019.
I wonder what the OEM and Dealers will think about that?

I've had more than one Dealer tell me that they're ready to move. They know when their end of contract date is and have already had presentations from the competition.
Yes... dealers ARE already mad.. one said to me "There isn't anyone in India, gonna buy a car from me"... damn good point.
He will be gone in February, contract up.. already told me he is gone. been with ADP/CDK over 25 years.
