Just heard that a few students were issued refund checks that they went to cash but the checks bounced due to insufficient funds. Any truth or validity to this?

As per a student from Ai Schaumburg, Ill - they Ai also said the refund was only for classes they got good grades. The bank told them there was a problem with the deposit.
