It’s like end of days. No one working just looking out for themselves. Cant blame em. Broadcom wont care so why should they. Keep interviewing update resume and leave happy with some severance

Just curious. I am from other location and yesterday a director was on the phone with another employee and he didn't even bother to go to a conference room. We could hear he talking about severance package, build resume after 18 years, recruiter, head hunter and etc....
If a director was having this type of conversation lousy and loudly not caring if people around him was able to hear, I imagine what type of information he got it.
Pretty sad. We're waiting around for our severance.
