If you want copies of your performance reviews you can download them. I did it weeks ago.
The whole performance review idea is a pointless waste of time. Good riddance and I hope they never get around to replacing it.
The biggest pain in the @#$%##....I had nothing for my people to do , for 3 years .
Just a couple of mails and phone calls . That was one of my biggest preassures , when I was told by my superior , to fill that out and my reports. I never asked my reports to fill it . When deadline came up my boss never even mentioned it. Under the rug . See no evil hear no evil.
S---S when there is nothing to put in that portal and your reports want to work.....
