I know one person who just got laid off, not sure whether there will be more or this was just one person and they are using layoffs as an excuse. Sorry can't share department at this indivIduals request.

Bakish said that they already exceeded their goal for cutting and saving a ton of money. Anyone think the looming layoffs of September might end up not being as bad? I thought they would have happened by now, or today. Waiting....

The fake news comments look like regular, old trolling although it did coincide with the return of "110%" who has enough time to post here while still giving it 110%. The "drama" as this person calls it, is real life for the huge number of people laid off since the beginning of the year.
