Is the saddest thing I’ve ever seen.
Consistently selling more, making less.
Isn’t that wage theft?

No, but you could actually file unemployment WHILE working to make up for what you’ve lost between last year & now since there’s been a significant decrease in your paycheck.
You’re welcome.
It is wage theft if you aren't paid what your labor contract states. They cannot just change the terms on a whim. If you don't have a labor contract then they are only obligated to pay you at the rate of your localities minimum wage and can change employment conditions as they see fit. That is how at will employment works.
@fqr, maybe you should go back to school and learn to spell Waiter!!
Wage theft is when your employer doesn't pay you overtime or if you're a waitor and they steal your tips.
The only thing you're guaranteed is your base pay. If you do not understand that, then you should go back to school and get some real skills.
No,. That's the result of working at a non Union job!
Now get back on the Wireless Side!
Stores being "being empty all the time" is a key indicator that the public may not want what you have to sell. A few years ago, the company decided that the stores should no longer support Verizon employees and were told to go online and do their own shopping and transactions. I guess that worked so well that a good percentage of people are now doing it themselves online. If you think that company owned retail stores are a viable long term career, your are mistaken.
Worked, pushed, yet made a bit over $1,000 this month.
Some folks at my store were making under $200...
Quotas are unrealistic in every sense and the story is empty all the time...
Cannot help it...
@dct: how’s that boot taste?
No, that is not making your quota.
