So many poor performers are being promoted with AVP titles etc recently. What is going on with many layoffs and then promotions?

What is the revenue number target this quarter? And how much behind are they?
Q3 is over almost. As usual MetricStream is behind target continues three quarters. Let’s see how long the leadership layoff can be hold.
Employees less than 10 years are managers here. So it is not hard to be VP/ABP with 15 years experience with the frequency of promotions. Problem is HR, no power to HR.
Promoting Poor performers is not new in MetricStream. It’s there in MetricStream culture from day1 of company starting.
