Anyone else hearing about the next round of layoffs targeted before end of year?

Inexperienced associates, with not enough time in the business world to gain "true business sense", will look at the stock #'s WITHOUT researching the WHY's behind them, and believe it is a WIN.
Truth is: Even a BOOKIE can fudge numbers to show NO LOSS.
Nature of the ADP Beast.
"ADP takes great care of its employees!"
Still at it with your corporate mumbo jumbo, Shill? The truth is coming out and you can't stop it.
The stock is rising because of the many layoffs. Labor costs are down so this is a short bump up in stock price. But as experienced associates are eliminated, company knowledge is dwindling. This will be a serious impediment to future growth, and indeed just basic survival.
Clients are taking their business elsewhere. ADP is a bigger joke to clients than associates now. Everyone smells their bs but ADP. When client credits supercede revenue YOU ARE NOT WINNING.
I would agree the 'new' ADP has turned into age and racism - exactly the opposite of what true real diversity means. ADP says whatever they choose to say to the public but in reality they are now the most wrongfully discriminatory place ever. Hiring anyone to meet a quota or due to their lower age or because of their ethnicity or because of their s-xual orientation is just as racist as doing it because they are not one of those things. Truth is ADP is firing the most qualified employees to replace them with cheap inexperienced labor under the label of diversity. Because those new people are younger, or are a certain race, or are a certain s-xual orientation (Rita, you hipocrite). Bottom line reality is ADP is no longer an ethical or healthy place to work. There are just better companies out there to work for, even in the same exact industry, that are not riddled with so many lying unethical leaders at the top like ADP. Choose your own bed.
I am a 28 year ex-ADP associate who worked at 1 ADP blvd, Roseland NJ for my entire career and seen what ADP has turned into......plain and simple = age and racism bottom line. Keep and hire the best....PERIOD.
Exactly the opposite with the 'New' ADP.
I would not say safe in the least. The ERP rounds may come to an end; however the layoffs will continue to target workers in the 40s and 50s yet not retirement age due to salary level, etc.
Additionally, it seems ADP is ratcheting up the diversity rhetoric so they can "change the workforce" due to not being the right age or color or race. Just look at the video Rita Mitjans was in yesterday on the finance networks. It's just racism with a different label.
There probably would of been more layoffs. But with over 80% taking the ERP. People might be safe till after year end
I have not. The next round of erp is 10/05. We were told today no more of at all. So glad I took the erp.
did you hear something? Or are you asking if any one has?
