I worked for them in the U.S. as a banker doing Securities Backed Lines and Mortgages and I'm glad to be out of there. Terrible technology. Horrible mortgage company. I thought a Swiss company would be great, but they are living in the stone age. The culture is exclusive, you're either part of the old guard or not.
There was an article about Jeff Bezos last year and buried inside of it just happened to be an excerpt where Sergio said he wanted to shed half the workforce, so I'm not surprised by this.
Their FA's in the U.S. are lazy and overpriced. They just collect their money and play golf. Their clients need to fire them and get a robo-adviser.
